引言
Introduction


想了很久该用怎样的文字来描述这套特殊的作品,最后还是决定说一说最真实的故事。

After thinking for a long time what kind of words should be used to describe this special work, I finally decided to tell the most true story.

业主在海外定居过,住过别墅,住过大平层,最后还是选择落叶归根到儿时最熟悉的老洋房。

勘察现场后发现园外有几颗非常珍贵的古树,于是我们便又在不同时间段到现场观察树影的变化,最后萌生出了一个有趣的想法:何不以这美妙的树影来做设计?

The owner has settled abroad, lived in villa, lived in a large flat floor, and finally chose to return to the old house which was most familiar to his childhood.
After the investigation, we found several precious ancient trees outside the park. So we went to the scene to observe the changes of the shadow at different times, and finally came up with an interesting idea: why not design with this wonderful tree shadow?

项目位于上海市中心的一栋老洋房的一层,始建于1930年,原始建筑面积约为100m2,层高3.5m,砖木结构,一共3个主空间+1个花园。虽然老洋房的面积不算小,但是原先的设计缺少独立厨卫,业主两代人的年龄、生活习惯也各不相同,加上她们对这套房子有着非常高的期待,所以前期的设计压力还是比较大的。

The project is located on the first floor of an old western style house in the center of Shanghai. It was built in 1930. The original building area is about 100 m2, and the floor height is 3.5 m. It is of brick and wood structure, with a total of 3 main spaces and 1 garden. Although the area of the old house is not small, the original design lacks independent kitchen and bathroom, the age and living habits of the two generations of owners are also different, and they have very high expectations for the house, so the early design pressure is relatively large.

改造后的平面布置图

我们以树影的变化作为切入点,充分考量人在室内空间的行为与树影的关系,再结合两代人不同的生活场景,在极小的空间内搭建出2层,总体规划出2室2厅1厨2卫1花园的格局。

Layout plan after reconstruction
We take the change of tree shadow as the breakthrough point, fully consider the relationship between human behavior in the indoor space and tree shadow, and then combine with the different life scenes of two generations, build two floors in a very small space, and overall plan the pattern of two rooms, two halls, one kitchen, two bathroom and one garden.

回家后的first look,墙面发光的壁龛,既是装置艺术,也可以作为卫生间被使用时的一个信号灯,方便母女俩不同时间回家后相互知晓状态。从厨房望向客厅角度,做平面时就将餐桌与书桌安排在一条视线上,希望能为母女俩日后的生活增添一些趣味。

Porch & Kitchen
The first look after going home and the luminous niche on the wall are not only installation art, but also a signal light when the toilet is used, which is convenient for mother and daughter to know each other's status when they go home at different times. Looking from the kitchen to the living room, when making the plane, the dining table and desk are arranged in one line of sight, hoping to add some fun to the mother and daughter's life in the future.

用极窄边的三道落地门,最大程度地保留住花园的美景。最右侧的一扇是和邻居家共窗,做了磨砂处理。说是客厅,其实也是书房,很多业主现在慢慢地开始接受客厅去电视机中心化,甚至像本案一样不要沙发的设计。我认为将来的家庭设计,不会再具体定义某个空间,只有公与私之分,本案就是一次非常有趣的尝试。

Three landing doors with very narrow sides are used to maximize the beauty of the garden. The one on the far right shared a window with the neighbor's house and was frosted. It's the living room, but it's also the study. Many owners now slowly begin to accept that the living room should go to the TV Center, and even like this case, they don't want the sofa design. In my opinion, in the future family design, there will be no specific definition of a certain space, only public and private. This case is a very interesting attempt.

我们把室内空间尽可能做的干净,因为不断变化的树影是无可替代的。
拍摄时忽然一阵微风拂来,
我呆呆地望着被风挑逗的树影,时而清晰,
时而模糊,
外界的一切仿佛都停止了,
只想永远沉浸在这片刻之中

We try to make the indoor space as clean as possible, because the changing shadow of trees is irreplaceable.
There was a sudden breeze during the shooting,
I look at the shadow of the tree which is teased by the wind, sometimes clear,
Sometimes it's fuzzy,
Everything outside seems to have stopped,
Just want to be immersed in this moment forever

母亲喜欢住在朝南的卧室,所以将书房和卧室相结合,用一道麻质的窗帘作为隔断,可开可合。顶面我们保留了老梁的一部分,先做了隔音再修复,修旧如旧,使之成为一道自然的装饰。

Mother likes living in bedroom facing south, so combine study with bedroom, use a hemp curtain as partition, can open and close. We have retained a part of the old beam on the top surface, and made sound insulation and then repaired it. It was repaired as old as before, making it a natural decoration.

我们这次设计了一个非常“纯粹”的花园。

灵感来自业主喜爱的日式枯山水文化,结合老上海经典的篱笆墙元素。

我们希望业主将来在花园喝茶时,除了闻香赏景外,还能听到潺潺的流水声,全身心地放松下来,多维度地去感受一种净化。

We designed a very "pure" garden this time.
Inspired by the Japanese style dry landscape culture loved by the owners, combined with the classic fence elements of old Shanghai.
We hope that when the owners drink tea in the garden in the future, they can not only smell the fragrance and enjoy the scenery, but also hear the gurgling water, relax wholeheartedly and feel a kind of purification in many dimensions.

女儿房保留了原建筑的天窗,一层作为书架与衣柜,二层作为卧室。墙面暗藏的感应式踢脚灯方便起夜时使用。利用女儿房套卫的上空搭建了一个储物间,对于这样的户型来说非常实用.

The original bookshelf on the second floor of the bedroom and the daughter's bedroom is reserved as a skylight. The inductive skirting lamp hidden on the wall is convenient to use at night. A storage room is built above the bathroom of the daughter's room, which is very practical for this type of house.
