We are a young and aspiring office started up last year. 系联设计(tSynsth, TS)是一支由多元背景的设计师与软件工程师组成的国际团队,致力于想法与过程让设计 “可持续”。


系联专注于“系统”研究并开发设计原型,把运算化运用在本地及国际各类设计项目中。团队还于2016年在北京开设了系列运算化设计研究坊。独特的跨学科系统研究涉及建筑学、计算机科学、自然科学、文学、艺术和音乐等,将其应用于多个设计领域如城市规划、建筑设计、幕墙优化、景观设计以及网络开发等。作为运算化设计的专业顾问,团队曾与多个事务所合作项目,且某些作品获得奖项,学术和实践项目成果斐然。


Tuning Synesthesia (tSynsth, TS) is an interdisciplinary team of designers and engineers, designeers, dedicated to a sustainable identity in design and its development.


The team focuses on a thorough and proactive research of existing systems and design prototypes for application in design and architecture practice; the result of which has been publicly acclaimed in the format of a series of computational design workshops held successfully in Beijing in the year 2016. The team expertise extends to several areas in interdisciplinary system research, including architecture, computer science, nature science, literature, art and music; and applied to master planning, architectural design, building skin standardization, landscape design, and web application. As specialized consultants in computational design, the team has collaborated on projects with many global and domestic firms, some of which have been awarded notable recognition, both practical and academic.

主持设计师;东京立教大学文学学士、普瑞特艺术学院建筑学硕士;曾就职于纽约Lindy Roy事务所、MAD事务所
M.Arch. Pratt Institute, B.F.A Rikkyo University; Previous Work Experiences: Roy Co., MAD Ltd., THAD.

招聘 | Join Us


O 建筑设计师及实习生 Architect / Intern
对设计充满热情,积极开拓创新,工作经验两年内,全职。申请人将工作于多样的学术研究与项目设计,项目从设计到深化阶段。
要求:
流利的中文母语,具有基础的英文沟通能力
工作期限保证一年(实习生3个月)以上
掌握Adobe系列(PS,AI,ID)表达,CAD制图
再加上以下任意一个精通:
• 熟练运用犀牛(Rhino)进行3D建模
有GH技能、参数化、运算化设计经验者优先
• 熟练运用渲染工具 – 在Rhino的VRay或C4D中进行三维渲染,并在Photoshop中进行后期制作
• 以分析图或文字的形式表达逻辑和概念设计,需要考虑到设计方案中的文化性,社会性,可持续性或材料方面
• 有使用3D打印机的经验或兴趣。
A creative and aspiring Junior Architect with up to 2 years of experience for a full-time (temporary for intern) position based in Beijing, China. The candidate is expected to work on a variety of academic as well as corporate projects from Schematic Design through Design Development.
Qualifications:
Fluent or native Chinese speaker with basic communication skill in English
Capable of completing the required period at least 1 year (3 months for intern)
Sufficient graphic skills in Adobe Suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
AutoCAD experience
Plus one of skills below:
• Proficiency in 3D modeling in Rhino
Experience in parametric/computational design in Rhino and Grasshopper is preferable but not mandatory
• Proficiency in rendering – 3D rendering either in Rhino VRay or C4D and post production in PSD
• Proficiency in logic and conceptual setup expressed in the form of diagram or writing, considering cultural, social, sustainable, or material aspects of design
• Experience or interest in working with 3D printer.



O WEB前端开发工程师及实习生 Web Front-end Developer / Intern
对Web前端设计/开发充满热情,积极开拓创新,工作经验两年内,全职。申请人将工作于多样的网页设计项目(WordPress)与网络应用研究。
要求:
中英文书写与表达流利
工作期限保证一年(实习生3个月)以上
精通 HTML, CSS (+SCSS) 及 PHP
掌握Adobe系列(PS,AI,ID)表达
了解UI或UX设计
有WordPress使用经验者优先
A diligent and aspiring Web Front-End Designer/Developer with up to 2 years of experience for a full-time (temporary for intern) position based in Beijing, China. The candidate is expected to work on a variety of corporate web design projects (WordPress) as well as research-based web application (TBA).
Qualifications:
Fluent or native Chinese speaker with sufficient communication skill in English
Capable of completing the required period at least 1 year *3 months for intern
Proficiency in HTML, CSS (+SCSS), and PHP
Sufficient graphic design and typographical skills with use of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
Good understanding of UI or UX design
Experience in WordPress is preferable but not mandatory
