事务所简介| ABOUT THE STUDIO

reMIX studio | 临界工作室，一间年轻的事务所，由三位合伙人陈忱、Federico Ruberto、Nicola Saladino于北京成立。我们涉足建筑设计、景观设计以及城市规划设计，并尤以其中的交叉性、综合性的设计为专长。我们将城市理解为一个复杂的动态系统，跨领域、跨尺度、系统性的工作方式是我们多方面考虑城市设计问题的前提。生态的可持续发展原则是我们贯穿始终的设计理念。我们致力于打破专业界限，将建筑及其环境景观视作相辅相成、互为完善的总体整合设计，打造连贯、协调、可持续的现代城市建成环境。

临界工作室的建筑及景观设计作品获得过多个国际权威奖项，包括美国景观建筑学会优胜奖(ASLA Honour Award, 2011，2013)，国际景观建筑联盟设计大赛第三名(IFLA, 2011)，第十一届Krakow建筑三年展设计大奖(XI Krakow Architecture Triennial Prize)，深圳前海景观岛国际规划及设计竞赛三等奖(Qianhai Island Masterplan International Competition， 2014)。临界多次受邀在国际建筑与艺术展览中参展，包括第十四届威尼斯建筑双年展(the 14th Venice Architectural Biennale)，鹿特丹国际建筑双年展(Rotterdam Architecture Biennale, 2012)，北京国际设计周(Beijing Design Week, 2013至2017)，蒙彼利埃法国建筑展(Festival des Architectures Vives, 2013)，曼彻斯特中国当代艺术中心(Center for Chinese Contemporary Art, 2014)，塔林建筑双年展(Tallinn Architecture Biennale, 2011)。

临界工作室自2011年创立以来，项目遍布国内各地。主要项目包括：顺义住宅 (2015)、新兰花四合院精品酒店 (2014)、杨梅竹斜街二号改造(2014)、悦咖啡 (2015)、巴米扬文化中心 (2015)、大连马戏团 (2012)、桂林人精品酒店 (2013)、白塔寺北京设计周主展馆(2016)、观音堂艺术中心 (2012)、上海德法学校(2015)、珠海中铁大厦 (2014)、深圳前海石景观岛(2014)、东莞#33工业区改造 (2015)、坚石市总体规划 (2012)等。目前，临界工作室正在进行中的项目包括太湖茶博物馆、山西深山墕文旅项目、阿那亚白塔寺设计周展览设计、渡鸦智能家居品牌体验中心、海南神州半岛城市设计与生态规划、万万树个人博物馆、青年之家住宅改造、食介空间、某老牌意大利餐厅升级改造项目。

reMIX is a Beijing based office. The studio expertise ranges from architecture to landscape and urban design. Moving on multiple grounds, analyzing, translating and transforming the interrelated peculiarities of performative logics, our work aims at establishing a transitional line of research that oscillates between processual complexities and material economies.

reMIX projects have been recognized by a number of important international design awards, including: 2011 and 2013 ASLA Honor Award, 2011 IFLA Design Award (Third Place), 2009 XI Krakow Architecture Triennial (Grand Prix) and 2014 Qianhai Island Masterplan International Competition (Third Place). Various projects have been exhibited worldwide in important venues and events such as: 2016 Shanghai “Trans-Design” at West Bund Art Centre (where we also curated the spatial design of the section “Ideas in Action”), 14th Venice Architectural Biennale, 2014 “Making Community, Not the Map Nor the Territory” at Manchester Center for Chinese Contemporary Art, 2013 Festival des Architectures Vives of Montpellier, 2012 Rotterdam Architecture Biennale, 2011 Tallinn Architecture Biennale.

Since it was founded in 2011, reMIX has been working all over China. Projects include: Shunyi House (2015), Orchid Hotel (2014), Joy Café (2015), Bamiyan Cultural Centre (2015), Dalian Circus (2012), Guilinren Boutique Hotel (2013), GYT Gallery (2012), Eurocampus Shanghai(2015), Zhuhai Tower (2014), Fluxtuation (2014), #33 Art District (2015), Jianshi Masterplan (2012). On-going projects include: Taihu Tea Museum, Shenshanyan Resort, Aranya BJDW Showroom, Raven Smart Home Showroom, Hainan Shenzhou Masterplan, WWS Private Museum, Tianjin Jinghai House, SHIJIE Space, Italian Restaurant Upgrade, etc.

Our office is hidden in the quiet hutong area in the very central and old part of Beijing. As a pilot project of Dashilar renovation, this is one of our many courtyard renovation projects.

– 3年或以上专业工作经验， 具备一定的项目协调沟通经验
– 对设计充满热情，对施工、细部、材料等有极高的兴趣与敏感度
– 组织沟通能力强
– 熟练运用建模相关软件(犀牛优先)
– 有一定的扩初设计及施工图设计经验
– 有施工场地经验者优先
– 有境外留学、工作背景者优先
– 具有流利的中英文交流能力者优先考虑
– Min. 3 years of working experience with project coordination tasks
– Passionate about design and interested in construction detailing
– Strong organization and communication skills
– Proficiency in 3d-modelling software (preferably Rhinoceros)

O 初级建筑师 JUNIOR ARCHITECT
– 优秀的设计能力和图纸表达能力
– 熟练运用建模相关软件(犀牛优先)及Adobe系列软件(PS, AI, ID)
– 熟练运用渲染软件(V-Ray或者Maxwell)
– 对设计项目各阶段都有一定认识和经验
– 具有流利的中英文沟通能力者优先考虑
– Strong graphic and design skills
– Proficiency in 3d-modelling software (preferably Rhinoceros) and Adobe Suite (PS, AI, ID)
– Good rendering skills (V-Ray or Maxwell)
– Basic experience in all design phases
– Fluent in both English and Mandarin preferred

O 室内设计师 INTERIOR DESIGNER
– 两年或以上工作经验，具备一定的项目协调沟通经验
