来自事务所的描述：该项目所在地毗邻闽江的一个分支。总体规划的目的是连接尽可能多的建筑物,同时尽可能利用附近的水源。项目设计理念就像是用手触摸水，每个手指代表土地伸向河流的延伸部分。建筑物就矗立在这部分延伸的地块上，面朝河水。

From the architect. The site is located next to a branch of the Min River. The aim of the masterplan is the exploit the proximity of water by connecting to as many buildings as possible. The main masterplan concept is symbolised by a hand touching the water, each finger represents a tongue of land reaching towards the river. Perpendicular to the tongue of land, the buildings directly face the water.

该区域的停车场被安置在地下，使得别墅之间的街道满是郁郁葱葱的绿色，没有车辆干扰。路边的别墅是三层高，对面的别墅四层高。别墅建筑旨在优化水和山脉的不同视野。不同建筑体量的转变产生了各种各样的外部空间。该公寓楼和酒店都有自己特定的建筑特色。

The parking of the total area is solved underground, making the streets between the villa’s lush green and car-free. On the street side the villas are three floors high, and towards the water-side, the villas are four floors high. The architecture of the villas aims at optimizing the different views over the water and the mountains on the background. The shifting of the volumes creates a variety in outside spaces. The apartment towers and hotel each have their own specific architectural language.
