DUBAI’S ARMANI BEACH RESIDENCES BY TADAO ANDO AND ARADA
Arada, a Sharjah-based developer, has officially commenced sales for Armani Beach Residences, conceptualized by acclaimed Japanese architect Tadao Ando. Nestled on the outer crescent of Palm Jumeirah’s artificial islands in Dubai, the luxurious development hosts 53 individually crafted residences, including two presidential suites, all designed and furnished by Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio. Encompassing 90,000 square feet (around 8.361,3 sqm), the property offers high-end amenities, including an exclusive residents-only spa, a versatile function room, a cigar lounge, a cozy movie theatre, a children’s playroom, a landscaped deck area, and a private beach. Throughout the spaces, visitors can take in panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai’s skyline, highlighting the symbiotic relationship between nature and architecture, a signature touch of Tadao Ando’s design philosophy. The completion of Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah is scheduled for the end of 2026.

The entrance, situated at an elevated vantage point, offers residents breathtaking ocean views from multiple perspectives. Throughout the structure, the interplay of light and shadow enhances stylish design elements, including an overhanging arch and numerous water features and pools.‘The architecture at this wonderful location is designed to pursue a visual and experiential continuity between the interior and the seascape that surrounds the project, with the interplay of light and shadow helping to create a dynamic sequence from arrival through to the public areas and finally to each impeccable residence,’ shares Tadao Ando. The residences at Arada’s complex are available in two to five-bedroom configurations, along with penthouses and presidential suites, all providing unobstructed access to skyline views. The interiors feature high-end fixtures from Armani/Casa in living spaces, bathrooms, and kitchens, with floor-to-ceiling glass facades, signature Armani foyer designs and spacious terraces.
