　　O 建筑项目总监 Architects for General and Project Management
　　岗位职责
　　1. 负责项目整体设计到施工流程的规划、监督和控制。
　　2. 包括在项目要求下协助或代表客户与第三方接洽。
　　3. 负责项目各阶段的决策文件以及设计任务书的编写，负责项目实施的各项指标，如投标、工艺、进度、效果、造价等，保障项目进度。
　　4. 负责设计团队的建设和管理，包括任务分配、工作指导及监督。
　　5. 负责组织与确保项目进度、信息与相关文件的交换
　　Your tasks
　　1. You are responsible for planning, supervision and control of the entire planning and construction process
　　2. This includes advising the client and representing the client with third parties
　　3. Timely preparation of decision bases and formulation of proposals, i.e. ensuring an efficient organisational process (submittals, order management, accounting) is essential.
　　4. You provide professional and administrative leadership of planning/GP teams (general planning teams), including work assignment.
　　5. You are responsible for ensuring the flow of information and documentation, including organisation of technical and administrative data exchange
　　岗位要求
　　1. 建筑专业学位，具有至少5至8年项目管控方面的专业经验。
　　2. 协调项目参与者的各类需求，具备领导素质，例如决断力、可靠性、责任心以及高效的语言沟通和协调能力。
　　3. 工作严谨，重视有效团队合作中的信息和沟通，与项目中各参与者高效协作。
　　4. 具有迅速反应问题能力及制定解决方案能力。
　　5. 精通英文或德文。
　　Your profile
　　1. You have an architectural degree with at least 5 to 8 years’ professional experience in project management and control.
　　2. You confidently navigate the tensions between the varied needs of all project participants and have leadership qualities such as assertiveness, reliability and sense of responsibility as well as language and negotiation skills
　　3. You consider information and communication the basis of efficient teamwork – efficient coordination of every project participant is essential
　　4. You quickly identify problem areas and derive appropriate decision criteria and measures.
　　5. Competent knowledge of English or German is essential for this position
