　　上海创盟国际建筑设计有限公司于2003年成立，是住房和城乡建设部认证的综合性甲级建筑设计机构。多年来坚持将中国传统建构文化与数字化技术结合，围绕“参数化建构”、“机器人建造”以及“绿色建筑产业化”等目标，实践自然、城市与建筑的共生关系。
　　公司现有70余人，在过去的10余年中，参与并建成了大量的相关实践项目，包括上海浦东九间堂线性住宅、成都非物质文化遗产公园兰溪庭、上海嘉定苔圣园石工坊、卜石博物馆、上海西岸香格纳画廊、上海Fab-Union Space设计、上海西岸池社艺术空间设计、合肥坝上街大型城市综合体、上海市口腔医院新建工程、上海新桥名企艺术园、上海奥克斯总部基地等诸多项目。其业务范围包括建筑设计、城市规划、景观设计和室内设计等综合性的整体设计服务。

　　招聘职位 Positions

　　O 高级建筑师
　　项目经理(管理方向)
　　1、建筑学本科或以上学历，5年以上建筑相关经验，2年以上管理经验;
　　2、具有良好的理解能力、现场沟通能力和协调能力，妥善有序安排和分配工作，主持项目工作、施工现场管理等;具有同时处理多项任务的能力;
　　3、拥有强烈的团队精神，出色的领导力和个人魅力;
　　4、具有海外留学或工作背景、境外设计公司或知名设计公司工作经验者优先。
　　主创建筑师(方案设计)
　　1、建筑学本科或以上学历(老八校本科或海外硕士优先)，3-5年建筑方案设计工作经验;
　　2、熟练使用Rhino、Grasshopper、Adobe Creative Suite 和AutoCAD等绘图;
　　3、至少参与过2个大型工程实践及实施项目，请在作品集中说明所任工作及职位;
　　4、具有一定的设计能力、协调能力、善于沟通与团队协作能力;
　　5、具有海外留学或工作背景、境外设计公司或知名设计公司工作经验者优先。
　　主任建筑师(中后期方向)
　　1、建筑学本科或以上学历(老八校本科或海外硕士优先)，5年以上建筑设计工作经验;
　　2、主持或参与过大型工程项目设计，具有方案深化设计能力，精通施工图绘制和施工图细节处理;
　　3、熟悉了解国家规范、中国建筑法规及各级报批流程、建筑系统及建筑材料等;
　　4、具有出色的多方合作作业经验及多团队沟通协调能力，有效、坚定确保中后期的高标准施工质量及最大程度诠释设计意图。
　　5、具备一级注册建筑师或高级建筑师资质。

　　O 中级建筑师
　　建筑师
　　1、全日制建筑学本科及以上学历(老八校本科或海外硕士优先);3-5年工作经验，具有施工图立面深化能力;
　　2、熟练使用AutoCAD、Sketch Up、Photoshop、Rhinoceros、Revit、天正等相关软件，对专业基础知识掌握扎实，熟悉本专业基本规范，对专业知识有较强的钻研精神;
　　3、精通国家规范和中国建筑法规及各级报批审批流程，熟练掌握各专业技术和节点;
　　4、具有国内知名设计公司工作经验优先考虑。
　　室内设计师
　　1、室内设计、建筑学或相关专业专科或以上学历;
　　2、3-5年酒店空间、办公空间、商业空间、艺术空间等项目的设计经验;
　　3、具有独立完成高素质方案设计能力;具有独立完成施工图的绘制及审阅核对能力;
　　4、有丰富的工地现场协调经验，能独立处理好所有工地现成问题并具备优异的沟通及交际能力;
　　5、具备优异的职业素养，强烈的责任心及管理能力。
　　初级建筑师
　　1、建筑学本科及以上学历(老八校本科或海外硕士优先);
　　2、熟练使用AutoCAD、Sketch Up、Photoshop、Rhinoceros、Grasshopper、天正等相关软件，对专业基础知识掌握扎实，熟悉本专业基本规范，对专业知识有较强的钻研精神;
　　3、热爱建筑设计、思维活跃、思路清晰、有创新精神，工作主动、认真且谦虚、诚实;
　　4、有良好的职业素质，有较强的沟通能力、团队合作精神和服务意识。

　　O 其他岗位
　　规划师
　　1. 重点大学本科以上学历(老八校优先)，城市设计、旅游规划等相关专业;
　　2. 3年以上国内外知名规划景观公司;
　　3. 能够完成旅游地产、商业地产、住宅地产的总平面布局、道路规划、情景流线体系;对大型旅游度假地产规划、居住区规划和城市设计项目有较强的方案能力和理解能力;
　　4. 熟练使用Autocad、Photoshop、SketchUp等专业绘图软件及常用办公软件;
　　5. 规划基础扎实，手绘能力强;
　　6. 具有良好的沟通、协调能力，具有团队协作精神，能够承受一定的工作压力。

　　效果图设计师
　　1、大专以上学历;
　　2、熟悉效果图制作的整个流程，具有一定的建模能力;具有优秀的渲染和后期制作能力;
　　3、熟练掌握相关专业软件，精通PHOTOSHOP、3DMAX等相关效果图渲染和后期制作软件; 熟悉sketch up，3dmax建模;色彩感觉好，能把握整个图面效果;熟悉rhino建模软件者优先;
　　4、具有较强的领悟力和较好的素描、色彩艺术修养，针对不同的渲染环境要求能作出较好的意境效果;有较强的领悟力，有丰富的渲染制作经验，从事室内外渲染制作优先考虑;
　　5、有团队协作和吃苦耐劳精神。

　　学术媒体助理
　　1、建筑设计、艺术类相关专业本科及以上学历(海外硕士优先);
　　2、协助公司总监打理相关学术方面的行政事宜、处理学术方面的资料整理、信息收集、对外沟通、接待、发布工作;
　　3、综合素质良好，英语流利沟通及对外交际能力强，对学术研究抱有一定热情;
　　4、思路清晰、逻辑思维能力强，具有极强的敬业精神和责任心，良好的沟通协调能力。

　　实习生
　　1、全日制建筑相关专业本科及以上学历;
　　2、熟练使用AutoCAD、Sketch Up、Photoshop、Rhinoceros、Grasshopper、天正等相关软件，对专业基础知识掌握扎实，熟悉本专业基本规范，对专业知识有较强的钻研精神;

　　Founded in 2003, Archi-Union Architects is a Shanghai-based architectural design firm with a Grade A design qualification certificate issued by Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. Over the years Archi-Union adheres to the combination of traditional Chinese culture and digital construction technology, focuses on “parametric construction”, “robot construction” and “green industrialization” and some other objectives, and practices the symbiotic relationship of nature, urban and architecture.
　　There are more than 70 designers in the office currently and it has finished large amount of projects in the past decade including Linear House-Jiujiantang in Shanghai, Lanxi Curtilage in Chengdu, Taisheng Garden, Jade Museum, Shangart Gallery on the West Bund, Fab-Union, Chi She, Hefei Bashang Street Mixed-use Project, Shanghai Stomatological Hospital, Songjiang Art Campus, Aux Campus (Shanghai) etc. Its business scope includes comprehensive design services such as architectural design, urban planning, landscape design and interior design.
　　Archi-Union design team focuses on applying experimental research into practical projects. The parallel stage of complementary development of theoretical research and practice is a major feature of the company. Projects were published on many architectural magazines and mass medias like Time+Architecture, Architectural Journal, World Architecture, Urban Architecture, Design Trends Arquitectura Viva, ABITARE, Architectural Digest, PLAN, ID, Dezeen and Archdaily. Meanwhile, Archi-Union is also actively involved in the relevant academic activities; it was invited to participate in the Hong Kong Biennale, Shanghai Biennale, Milan Triennial and many other international professional exhibitions for several times.

　　O Senior Architects
　　Project Manager
　　1. Possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture; Have at least 5 years of experience working in a major international architecture firm, 2 years team management experience;
　　2. Be highly organized and efficient, able to multi-task through tight deadlines in MAD’s fast-paced environment;
　　3. Be a positive motivator and team leader, having well-established leadership and skill sets, have the ability to be a great manager and supervisor.
　　4. With the experience of famous company or registered architect is preferred.
　　Senior Architect(Conceptual Design)
　　1. Bachelor Degree or above in architecture; 3-5 years working experience in conceptual design, give priority to conceptual design.
　　2. Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop、Rhinoceros，Grasshopper，Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), T-Arch and other professional software; familiar with basic building regulation and have studying spirit in this field.
　　3. At least involved with 2 under construction/completed projects in past working experiences (past experiences in hotel, urban mix-used, civic building projects desired), please be specifics with your role on those projects in your portfolio
　　4. Strong understanding of planning regulations and process of China; high level of familiarity with related design software.
　　5. With the experience of famous company or registered architect is preferred.
　　Senior Architect (Detail Design)
　　1. Possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in architecture; Have at least 5 years of experience working in a major international architecture firm;
　　2. Demonstrate strong understanding of building systems and materials;
　　3. Expertized in cross-team communication, coordination. Work efficiently and steadily to assure construction process meets high standard and maximum matches original design intention.
　　4. Have the National Registered Architect Qualification Certificate (Class 1) or equivalent or above certificate.
　　O Intermediate Architect

　　Architect
　　1. Bachelor Degree or above in architecture; 3-5 years working experience, Have the ability of developing elevation and facade detail in construction drawings.
　　2.Excellent skills in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop, Rhinoceros, Revit，T-Arch etc. Experienced in construction documents design; familiar with architecture regulation.
　　3.Strong understanding of planning regulations and process in China; highly familiar with related design software.
　　4.With the experience of famous company or registered architect are preferred.
　　Interior Designer
　　1. Bachelor Degree or above in Interior Design or Architecture.
　　2. 3-5 years and above of design experience in hotel, office space, commercial space, art space design and other projects.
　　3. Ability to independently complete concept designs and review construction drawings.
　　4. Experience on site, strong sense of independence in on site solving skills and excellent communication skills.
　　5. Strong sense of responsibility and management skills with ability to lead the teamwork
　　Junior Architect
　　1. Bachelor Degree or above in Interior Design or Architecture.
　　2. Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop、Rhinoceros ，Grasshopper，Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), T-Arch and other professional software; familiar with basic building regulation and have studying spirit in this field.
　　3. Love architecture, have a positive, clear and creative thinking, proactive and responsible.
　　4. Have good professional quality, strong communication ability, and team cooperation spirit and service consciousness.
　　O Other position
　　Urban Planner
　　1. Bachelor degree or above in urban design, tourism planning or relevant major.
　　2. Over 3 years working experience in urban planning or landscape planning firm.
　　3. Be able to complete the overall layout and circulation system of tourism, commercial and residential real estate; have the strong comprehensive ability of large scale urban planning project design.
　　4. Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop、SketchUp and other professional softwares.
　　5. Skilled in planning; good at hand-drawing.
　　6. Have good communication ability, team cooperation spirit and can afford stress from work.
　　3D Visualization Designer
　　1. College Degree or above.
　　2. Familiar with the whole visualization process with skill in modeling; excellent in rendering and post-production;
　　3. Familiar with sketchup, 3dsMax modeling and relevant rendering and post-production software; have a strong sense of colour, able to control the entire effect of the picture; skill in Rhino modeling is preferred.
　　4. Has a strong perception of sketch, color art; be able to create a good artistic effect for different rendering environment requirements; have a strong perception, experienced in rendering practices of interior and exterior.
　　5. Have the sense of teamwork; hardworking.
　　Academic Media Assistant
　　1. Assist director to coordinate academic administrative affairs, handle academic external communication, reception and issue work;
　　2. Responsible for the company in the field of academic research data sorting and filing work;
　　3. Bachelor’s degree or above in architecture or arts (oversea study experience prefered);
　　4. Good comprehension, external communication ability for academic research enthusiasm;
　　5. Good English skills, including English spoken and written ability;
　　6. Strong logical thinking ability, sense of responsibility,good communication and coordination ability.
　　Internship
　　1. Bachelor Degree or above in full time architecture or relevant major.
